We have determined that the policy offered is consistent with your stated demands and needs but have provided only factual information about the product. We have arranged this policy with Chubb Insurance via Arya Underwriting!

Our quotation has been provided in relation only to the type of cover indicated above. Our experience in placing commercial insurances indicates that other risks may exist which are not met by this policy and would require other specific insurance. In your case, you should consider the need for Commercial Vehicle insurance and Liability insurance which is often closely linked to your type of occupation, but which you have not requested at this time.

Important Information

• You are aware that failure to disclose any material fact may result in this insurance being void from inception or may result in your policy not operating fully.
• You understand that the policy is a 12 month contract.
• Before purchase you have read and understood the Policy Wording and Policy Summary of cover and are aware of the cover that is provided. A link to the documents can be found at the footer of each page.
• You understand and have the correct usage on your vehicle insurance (Courier use or Hire and Reward) to carry out your occupation. Please contact us or call for a quote if necessary.
• You will only use the insurance in connection with the business you have proposed to us and not use the insurance falsely or with any other business other than the one that has been stated in this application.
• The full insurance premium shown includes our flat administration charge.
• The policy is required to be paid in full on a credit/debit card via our secure card payment system. If you cancel the policy in the cooling-off period (within 14 days from the start date) then the insurers £25.00 cancellation will apply. After this period of 14 days the policy is non-refundable any cancellations after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund.
• Couriers do not operate vehicles that exceed 7500kg (gross vehicle weight)
• I confirm any information provided regarding bankruptcy, insolvency, directors disqualification or criminal convictions have been checked and are all correct.
